About the Role
Drive revenue targets through new client acquisitions as well as driving the cross-selling of ESG solutions to existing clients
Research the market and execute on strategies and marketing campaigns to drive new client development
Develop our brand in the market as a leader in the ESG data, advisory and technology solutions space
Collaborate with existing sales specialists, account managers and our internal product specialists to leverage existing relationships to cross sell our solutions
Maintain consistently high activity levels such as prospecting calls & emails, client meetings, production demonstrations
Identify and cultivate meaningful strategic partnerships that can drive significant business growth
Minimum of 8 years B2B consultative selling experience. success as a new business “hunter” and proven success in developing partnerships. Prior team leadership experience will be a plus.
Deep experience working in sales selling consultative financial services advisory and/or ESG solutions to corporations and/or capital markets participants
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency (both written and spoken) in English and Mandarin and/or Japanese.
Solid knowledge of ESG principles and applications. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, preferred. CFA or MBA designations are a plus
Self driven, ability to work independently and as a team, and curious to learn new skills and products
Knowledge of utilizing CRM software to track sales opportunities and customer activity
