About the Role
Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of sustainability initiatives and programs across businesses.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop appropriate goals and process for measuring performance with respect to prioritized focuses of sustainability.
Provide emerging trends, frameworks, industry benchmarks, and issues of F&B industry.
Develop templates, compile relevant analysis and recommendations on sustainability programs and reporting with finance team.
Work with group communications in promoting sustainability initiatives and programs.
Develop regular updates and reports for the Sustainability Steering Committee.
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Social Science, or related fields with 5 years of experience as an individual contributor.
Sound understanding of environmental, economic, social and governance issues within the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong research skills and ability to analyze and interpret data to create reports
Demonstrates learning agility, strong analytical skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with the capacity to work independently and in a team environment with people at all levels, both internally and externally
